在《瑜珈經》2.53 中, 帕坦伽利沒有教我們「如何專注」, 而是點出一個常被忽略的事實——
專注不是技巧,而是結果。
當身體不再干擾、 當呼吸恢復自然節律、 當感官不再向外拉扯, 心,才真正具備進入專注(Dhāraṇā)的條件。

This morning yoga and breathing practice is designed for long-term physical workers and labor-intensive professions, especially those who use their upper body repeatedly—such as painters, carpenters, kitchen staff, riggers, and manual workers.
Through gentle joint mobilization, slow stretching, and conscious breathing, this 15-minute session helps:
Release stiffness in the shoulders, neck, spine, hips, and joints
Improve circulation and joint lubrication
Calm the nervous system while awakening the body
Prepare both body and breath before heading out to work
This is not a workout for performance or flexibility. It is a functional, therapeutic morning routine to support your body for a long working day.
You can practice:
In the morning before work
On an empty stomach or after light hydration
At home, with no equipment
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Move slowly, breathe steadily, and listen to your body. Consistency matters more than intensity.
