生命的調味鹽，是無私的服務‧
生活的麵包是，宇宙大愛‧
生命的活水是，淨化‧
生命中的甜品是，虔誠奉獻‧
生命的香味是，慷慨的行為‧
生命的支點就是，冥想靜思‧
生命的目標是，瞭悟解脫‧
因此，去服務，去愛，要純淨和慷慨的，常常冥想靜思、要覺醒啊‧

The essentials of Life
The salt of life is selfless service. The bread of life is
universal love. The water of life is purity. The sweetness of life is devotion.
The fragrance of life is generosity. The pivot of life is meditation. The goal
of life is Self-relisation. Therefore, serve, love, be pure and generous.
Meditate and realise.
